Molecor©, world leader in the development and commercialization of TOM® Oriented PVC pipes (PVC-O) will participate as an exhibitor at the 23rd International Water and Irrigation Show (Smagua 2017) to be held from 7 to 9 March 2017 in Zaragoza.
Smagua will become, during these days, the great technological showcase where the most avant-garde infrastructures and equipment of the market will be presented, which testifies to the potential of Smagua as a reference for the water industry; an event which main objective is to promote foreign exchange and favor contacts between exhibiting firms and international emerging markets.
Zaragoza will be the pace to exhibit the new trends that the market presents. To this end, the pretigious Technical Novelties Competition is developed, which shows the quality and expository level of the companies present in the show, and which seeks to improve water processes based on water treatment and management. This competition rewards the products that offer new functionalities, improvement of established procedures in relation to their practical importance, advances related to the economy at work, improvement of the energy or environmental situation, among others.
The Jury of the Technical Novelties Competition of Smagua 2017 has awarded the product ecoFITTOM® of Molecor with the denomination Outstanding Technological Novelty.

Molecor has exceeded the technological limits and suceeded in producing a technological prototype for PVC-O fittings. The company is currently working on the technological industrialization of the product.
ecoFITTOM® is presented as a cost-efficient solution capable of improving the mechanical characteristics and long-term results obtained by fittings made from other materials.
During the show, Molecor© will present the novelties and advantages of the TOM Oriented PVC pipes including the development of the technological prototype for PVC-O fittings, unique in the market.
Among the activities developed during the event, Molecor will also participate in the Technical Conference on the Spanish experience in irrigation modernization developed by the Spanish Association of Irrigation and Drainage (AERYD) with the paper "Analysis of materials used in irrigation modernizations" on the 7th of March, in addition to imparting the Conference "The environmental footprint in sustainable networks of PVC-O" on the 8th of March.
